Still waiting my passport to come in and do not have three month to wait to go through the US Embassy. I heard that you can get one at the airport upon arrival in Kenya. Is this true and how does it work?

Mate, US Embassy does not offer visas to Kenya. If you want to visit Kenya and you are living in the USA, your best bet would be to contact the Kenya Embassy at WAshington DC.; they also have a website. Check counsalar affairs for info. on obtaining a tourist visa to Kenya.

You could also get a visa at the airport on arrival in Kenya, however, it takes a lot longer and the hassle of queuing and waiting for an entry visa at the Nairobi or Mombasa airports is painstaking. You are better offer getting the visa before you actually go. Chk Kenyan embassy's website below.

the quickest way is download the form from the kenya embassy, fill the form in before you arrive, when you get to passport control at the kenyan airport, hand in the form with your passport and £30-00 or $50 us dollars , if you download a arrivals card and a departure card it saves you time at the airport .

I've been to Kenya twice, and both times got my visa at the Nairobi airport. It never took me more then five minutes. When you get off the plane you walk through immigration control, they stop you if you don't have a visa, you fill out the form, pay the money, they stamp your passport and off you go. Easy peasey.

It certainly works like that in some countries so it is possible. Get your local travel agent to check it or if not go online to the website of the Kenya Embassy or consulate.

I would be careful of marrying a criminal - living in the US illegally. If he is willing to break one law, what does that say for his character? Why does he want to be in the USA? He is obviously not from a poor family. Is he looking for someone to marry so that he can get legal, then leave? Does he put material things (money) above family and morals? Think about it well, ask some mature people for advice.
