Actually a topographical feature is a very generic term a geographical feature on the other had is a very specific type of feature.

For example a topographical feature of a mountain is merely shown as a rise in elevation. That same feature listed geographically could be a volcano. A depression on a topographical map could be a crater or a sink hole geographically.
