yes. it should. company's are looking for an education (so they know people are qualified) where its from doesn't really matter. (only if its an ivi league school)
but its not much of a difference

After the Ivy Leagues, there is a considerable drop off in prestige and payback.

As far as utility, every situation is different. If you are doing it for skill-building or advancement, it is still a very useful degree.

Take a look at the targeted job you have in mind and see what credentials those people have.

In my experience, most employers aren't as shallow as to rate you soley on the name on your MBA. Hopefully, you have kept your skills current, and have a good track record.

It might be worth it in terms of what you learn. It might help you get ahead in your current job. But it won't help you get those 50-100% salary increases that the guys at the top schools get.

As long as it's a real brick and mortar school, it's ok.

UCLA, Harvard, Stanford, Yale, Columbia, NYU do have a bit more galmour.
