I spent an hour making homemade waffles.
Had to find the recipes for the waffles and the instruction manual for the waffle maker and read it all.
I messed up with my flour and milk so it was all lumpy and I had to use a sieve and then I had to plug in that thing to get my white beaten and then...the butter and...long story short...I'm glad I have a dishwasher!
And then I had to wait 5 to six minutes for two waffles and then...
I have some leftover so tomorrow, I will have my waffles again.
Homemade waffles taste much better than the Eggo stuff but you really have to be committed...
Eggo = OK = a few minutes
Homemade = yummy = one hour...
I only did this because I ran out of homemade bread.

Oscar Mayer bacon and biscuits with Mrs. Butterworths syrup! I had that at about 2 this afternoon!

This morning I had french toast with syrup & powdered sugar. I bought the powdered sugar JUST for the french toast. Tomorrow I'll probably just have cereal.
