What lotion/oil is best to use in a tanning bed?

remember, u can only use lotions specifically formulated for indoor use, because regular tanning lotions contain ingredients, such as mineral oil, that damage the acrylic of the tanning bed...there is a wide variety of lotions available to pick from & u can talk to the staff about which products they carry that will be most beneficial to u...there are regular, accelerator, amplifier, bronzer & tingle lotions...i recommend going with a tingle lotion after u develop a good base tan, as they help u get super, super dark...swedish beauty, pro tan & fiesta sun all make excellent tingle lotions..."hot tottie", by pro tan, is one of the best, in my opinion...happy tanning!!!

If you want a more golden tan use a lotion with a bronzer in it that will bring out your brown pigments more. If you like a tingle feeling add one with a tingle to it. Usually the best ones are more expensive but they have ones that are good to put on your face as well and are good moisturizers. In my own experience I like one with a bronzer that has a moisturizer in it as well.

I think Hempz makes the best tanning lotion. A lot of salons carry it, but you can get it a lot cheaper online. Happy tanning :)

i hate to be a downer, but you should not be going to the tanning bed. i am 26 years old, and last summer i had to have surgery to remove skin cancer. i know tan is beautiful and all that, but it's not worth it.
