Or a wedding? Why?

I wouldn’t go either place. But if I had to choose, I’d choose the place that I’m being more needed to be there, which more likely to be the funeral.

Well, I've only been to one funeral in my life, but no more. Paying respect to a person is a lifetime thing to me, so I pay all the respect I'll give a person when they are living so they can feel and see respect I give and have for them. I don't believe that the 'last respect' is given at funeral. I believe 'last respect' is given the last time you acknowledged that person.
I'd prefer going to a wedding. Why? To see 2 people become 1. That's beautiful.

Weddings; although they are both things that I would rather not attend. A wedding because funerals are depressing . Actualy come to think of it weddings are a drag as well because I 've had many failed relationships and I would like nothing more than to be with someone for life.

I would rather go to wedding because all the funerals I have been to is someone who I was very close to and loved with all my heart.

Being at a funeral gives you a reality check. You appreciate life, you realize how tender life really is ; and that makes you want to go to those weddings to see your friends, family. weeping may last for a night, night but Joy comes in the morning.

that would depend on who's funeral/wedding... i think. but for the most part i'd say id prefer going to a wedding. i'm bored.

A wedding is way more lively. Funerals make you feel sad, and cry. And everybody has on black. Not one of my favorite colors.
