To get it pierced. that is nothing.. however.. if you bruise essally the next day it will be a little sore. the day after i got mine it hurt really bad and i could only eat soup... from a straw.. but to get it pierced it didnt hurt at all

Really, it didn't hurt. I don't know about a labret (the middle off the lip). I got my lip pierced on the left side of my lip for my 18th birthday.
It is painful for a few weeks after you get your lip pierced. It's kind of hard to smile or laugh. It depends on pain tolerance though.
It depends on the person doing the peircing too. Some people are better than others.

its a 2 i got it pierced it hurts for like 5 seconds cause u never experienced pain. But i suggest nto to do it these days it is soooo easy to get it infected mine is now off and i almost infected my whole lip!

i`d say only a 1, because it doesn`t really hurt at all...it`s very quick, so it`s only uncomfortable for a split second...
