YES! I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks that. I've actually heard people on NBC whine about how the killer was trying to glorify himself while NBC was showing the tape (and providing constant coverage of it). What a wacky world we live in.

No I don't sorry. I think that it's very intresting to see in the mind of a killer not glorify him. Alot of people will never understand why someone did what they did to another person and this young man gave people the answers. Now don't confuse this with I think it's right but televising it I think was good . People don't want to see it don't watch it change the channel. On the other hand I am sure in the next few day's and week's the new's stations will broadcast wonderful stories about the victums when thing's become less hectic because they should be known to.

It is kinda sickening how they play on tragedy for ratings,

However If by showing how insane and stupid the guy looks it might stop some copycat who wants to lash out for fear that he would be made fun of by the whole world.

I agree I think it is an insult to all who died or were injured and their families deserve better the media never ceases to amaze me with the things they do for ratings it is a disgrace.

EXACLY! Their giving this kid what he wanted. He didnt just kill these people cuz he was bored, and he didnt just mail the videos to NBC for fun.....his planning can be traced back all the way to february, he wanted the attention.

Ratings. Of course they would show the stuff they have it and nobody else does forcing anyone who wants to see it to watch their station.
