I Need help!
I just want you all to know this is very embarrassing for me to even say all of this.

First of all, I am 23 and I'm not sure if I should have problems like this at all at my age...???

I have a problem..... taking a $hit. I know I know.. laugh it up. lol
I never ever had a problem doing a "number 2" till probably last year. Last year I started getting these small pains around my anal area. At first it would hurt, then somestimes it wouldn't. Lately its been getting WORST and FAR more painful and to the point I DREAD going to the bathroom.

-- Gross alert!! --- It feels like my crap is ripping my *** open. OUCH! BUT the crap is tiny and small, not a large snake or anything. lol I'd wipe myself and find a lil blood.

I'm sorry, I don't mean to be gross or even funny. I'm just trying to explain this so you guys understand what I am feeling here.

What is this? How can i treat it? Can I avoid the doc cause this is TOO embarrassing.
THANX in advance!

Adding...
Well, I don't eat much fruits and veggies at all. Infact I mostly eat junk food. I don't drink alot of water. Mostly, soda, and plain ol' juice.

What is "fibre"? What do I need to eat to get enough of it or do i have to go to the store and buy pills?

I'd much rather try to see what I can do than have a doctor look at me (which would be sooo uncomfortable and embarrassing to me). If all fails then I'll see a doctor.

If you guys mean "strain" as in "trying to force "it" out, then the answer is no. Infact, I try my best to ease "it" out but its so painful. Lately I have noticed I have been a lil gassy aswell.

I hate this feeling and hope I can get rid of it all SOON.

THANX in advance.

My email is anonymous_jane4eva@yahoo.com

I am trying to contact ilse72 but i am having trouble.

Thanx,
Anonymous..

Sorry, sweetie, but you can't avoid the doctor. Don't worry, believe me, he won't think anything about it. You don't say but are you constipated? Do you have to really strain to be able to go? Constipation can really make it hard to go. If it is that, either add details saying so or email me (click on my avatar) and I can tell you things to do to help.

Due to the size of your stool and the amount of pain, I really do feel that a trip to the doctor is in your best interest so please make an appointment.

Sounds like constipation to me. Did you have at least 5-6 servings of fruits and veggie daily? Try eating 2 peeled oranges, but leaving their white skin stil intact. The white skin on the peeled orange actually contains a lot of fibre that aids in the softening of the stool.

I used to have hard stool and when I wipe at times, there will be blood and the passing of bowel is so uncomfortable to me. Now I tried taking more fruits and vegetables. An over-the-counter stool-softener medication might helps too.

If it still persists after the increase in fibre intake, please consult a doctor. Good luck.

maybe it could be combo of things 1 being hemorrhoids and constipation . but i would go to the doc if things don't get better by adding some fiber to your diet and drink lots of water

good luck
