If I a thinking I shouldn't be sleeping and if I am sleeping then I anm probably not sleeping.

Big time! I can't sleep any more it seems. I want to stop thinking and worrying but my mind says no. I have to take meds so I can sleep. I changed beds twice last night. What will tonight hold...will I sleep?

All the time. I rarely sleep at night because i am too busy worring about work and life. I think that its pretty normal, Im sure a lot more people stay up thinking than we think.

They didn't used to but since I watched my sister pass away the end of January.. when I lay down its all I see and think about when I try to go to sleep...

ya, sometimes I can't get to sleep for 1 hour after I go into my bed. And, oh ya... Technology keeps people up as well, so much distraction.

all the time. The psychiatrists probably have some kind of name for doing that. I know a lot of people that can't turn their brains off at bedtime.

That happens to me all the time, i end up thinking about Wat might happen tomorrow, Wat happened what I'm going to wear etc and the ONLY way i can sleep sometimes is if i put on some music, i found music from She Wants Revenge helps me because of the slow beat

all the time, and stupid pointless stuff, too. Like why people use apostrophes to make words plural, and why lips and nipples are both pink.
