I notice different people spell it different ways. I'm from Australia if that makes a difference to how it's spelt.

If you can tell me where you are from with your spelling it would be good, I think Americans spell it "Jewelry".... but im Australian.

Actually, the proper English spelling [UK] is Jewellery.
The American version is Jewelry.
Being an Aussie, you could opt whichever pleases you.

it's spelt JEWELLERY. I'm from Australia and have been working in a jewellery store for the past 7 years and it's definitely spelt that way here in Oz but all countries have different spelling.

I was about to tell you the former (which would be correct in the U.S.), but when I looked up Australian websites, they all seem to use "jewellery". I guess that must be the appropriate spelling over there.

Where I'm from, the southwest USA, it's "jewelry" but, hey, if someone's giving it to me then I don't care how they spell the bloody thing!
