I'd try using a tanning lotion. Years and years ago they gave you an orange appearance, but the ones that they have now don't seem to do that. It's easy, it's safer than being in the sun all the time, safer than a tanning booth, and you can pretty much get an "instant fix" to the problem instead of waiting for the sun to even out what IS tan on you naturally

It sounds like you will probably burn and tanning is really bad for you! Your chance of developing skin cancer is even higher if youre fair skinned and burn easily. I actually do go tanning, I'm addicted to it but I'm trying not to and I go a lot let, so I'm a hypocrit here. But I would suggest a self-tanner you can apply at home, or for faster longer lasting effects maybe a spray on tan. Good luck.

I also play soccer so I know how you feel haha! I suggest going tanning. It all depends on how much heat your body can handle. I suggest going 10 minutes first and if it works nicely, expand the time to get tanner. Make sure you use tanning lotion when you go it works better! :) Good luck and have fun with soccer!

It's up to on if you want to tan or not, but if you do go, start just a few minutes because of your skin, maybe five minutes for the first few weeks, gradually increasing your time by three minute increvals. Make sure you use a non-burning lotion. They make them for skin types such as yours.

I also burn quickly. I've tried tanning beds with all the different kinds of lotions & I still burn...that does not feel good at all. Just put on sunscreen often & learn to love yourself the way you are.

If you go tanning start out slow 10 Min's first visit , use accelerating lotions or the browning ones work you time up its not worth burning and hurting., and wear your goggles to protect your eyes! remember slow and steady wins the race !!

Try going to one of those "spray-on " tanning salons. I had a friend who did and she looked great and also very natural. Good Luck!

I agree with Rajan's answer. Too much emphasis on tanning one's skin (which is actually frying your skin to a crisp). Leave it be already! You are who you are. Pay more attention to your game.

Tanning beds are really bad for you. Just stay all natural, or learn to feel comfortable with who you are! POSITIVE BODY IMAGE PPL!!!! LOL
