I would've... I would've at least sat down and talked to him, about his past, his feelings, get to know him. How could teachers just sit there and let him be? Cared they not?

Well the teachers apparently knew this boy was abnormal but when they went to get help from higher people - such as the principal etc they were denied.

I believe teachers can know you as good as yourself and they were very cluey. They did act on his writings and were creeped out by him.

I read also that he did time in a mental institution and stalked girls on campus - wouldn't that have proved the teachers theories that he wasn't normal.

His English Literature teacher helped him, and had him removed from the class, and even spoke to the police about his behavior. Plus he was reported to the police for stalking. But in a society of political correctness, it is impossible to take common sense action against those who are obviously heading for trouble. It is now a let them shoot first attitude. And then make excuses for not doing something earlier.

It is sad : (

Because they are just as shallow as the people Cho felt alienated by? Teachers are humans too, ask them they will tell you, unless they are trying to prove they are not, in which case, they aren't.
Oh yeah, you can call someone, you know, an asian guy creepy, probably act rude around him, but, just don't call him nappy headed, thats crossing a line. Ignorant society we live in, out for themselves 100%.
I'd like to know if Asian is considered 'colored' by the NAACP standards? Because I'm sure they will swoop down on VT like vultures looking for some kind of legal action in defense of Cho, right? Nuh-uh, he's not colored enough and besides, even though he has the right to a gun in the US he doesn't have the right to NAACP.

To their credit, several of his teachers did try to talk with him one on one. They also referred him to a mental health facility near the campus. But the school adminstration should have followed up after his treatment to find out what the effect was if any. If he had not improved they should have sent him home.

My well-being club instructor grew to become into arrested final 12 months for having intercourse with one in all her scholars. They have been caught interior the back of a stolen vehicle having intercourse. Their relationship began while the boy grew to become into merely 10 years previous and that they have got been given caught while he grew to become into 14. That boy is in my classification now and he says he nonetheless loves her nevertheless. So i think my eighth grade well-being club instructor counts as a creepy/werid/perv instructor. I additionally suspect that many extra of my instructors I even have are pervy yet there are merely one in all those good form of that i don't sense like itemizing all of them :P

I wish I would of knew him as well. Why they didn't help, why the girls called him creepy? That is today's society. Todays society is sick, greedy, ignorant and selfish. Hopefully what Cho did will wake people up.

who said they didnt try, they said he never talked to anyone, even if they tried, he was offered help, he was put in a mental facility but left because it was voluntary......."imminent danger to himself or others" ring a bell, they said that about him 2 years ago......this could have be stopped on more than one occasion, no one person is to blame for this.....other than the shooter
