No. Raccons are mammals and give birth to live young. Only two mammals in the animal kingdom lay eggs--the platypus and the echindna (both found in Australia). Otherwise animals that lay eggs are birds, reptiles, amphibians, fishes, crustaceans, insects, arachnids, etc.
