it is impossible, because if everybody is happy all the time, then the emotion happiness will loose its value. in addition when some people are unhappy, makes human beings happy.

It's possible...we need to provide our communities with more inclusive activities for all, as well as stop using religion as a tool to divide our particular beliefs...i believe that we gain the most unity when we share our individual histories with one another in order to gain a broader picture of what our society has to offer. :)
