No, not really. I like to break things, and I do admit, I tend to play with fire too. But getting angry shouldn't take control of you in such an intense way. A lot of people break things when their mad, maybe even burn things as well. You should just really take things in a simple way to the point you won't get mad. Something I do every time something bad happens and I should get mad of it, I just go eh, life goes on. What can I say, it already happened. ...and then what? I'm gonna sit there for a while...break me something....and then what? Oh yea, I'm back to reality, something called life. So try that. I hope it helps. There's nothing giving in someones life which they are not meant to handle. Take it easy, yea?

Something is making you angry. Do you KNOW what's making you angry? To think of a bunch of "evil twisted things," well--you certainly KNOW this is unhealthy for YOU (& could be for others). Break or burn things! Please. I'll go out on the limb here, but that is irrrational. It serves no one, it is negative energy. You've hardly given me enough information to speculate, but what you have given me, suggests you need "help." What a grim place you describe. Do you enjoy staying there? I hope NOT. It's at least encouraging that you asked the question. How about doing something about it?
If you don't, believe me, it will only get worse. You have the will & the options to enjoy life. Go for it!

I don't think there's anything severly wrong with you, I just think you need another outlet for your anger. When I'm angry or in a bad mood, I sit in the dark and play video games. I like to play fighting games when I'm angry, it helps get some of it out. Try a new way of handling your anger besides throwing or burning things. Those are destructive ways to deal with it.

I think this happens to the best of us when we get angry, but its better to let out your feelings rather than to bottle them up. That's why talking about it might help. Theres really no harm in it though as long as you know that what you are thinking is wrong and you aren't thinking of actually acting on these thoughts or hurting anybody.Problem is these thoughts can get out of hand and when you feel angry you don't always think rationally and thus you do things you will later regret. If you think this may happen a therepist would definately be a good idea to seek.

mebbe although that just may be your way of handling stress and angry. next time you feel that way, try something different. i know its hard but i learned that anger never did anything for me but waste time. so i learned several ways to relieve it. one is to play counter strike. yes i am shooting people, but the people i play with usually make me laugh and soon enough my mind has passed on what i was upset about. i also go out and ride my dirtbike when this happens. hope this helps you.

Yeah, something is definitely wrong here. You need to talk to a therapist to find out why you think and feel this way. Good luck.

No... I don't think so. As long as you acknowledge that burning things isn't normal. You just need a little more self-control.
