A) ask the person in the next stall if you could have some paper...if there is a person...
B) use your socks
C) run when no ones looking to the paper towels RUNNN!
D)Use your underwear
E) Air dry..not good if you went number two but ok :)
and silly F) use the paper roll (cardboard/paper thing) ow

If it was at night time, and everyone had been drinking, i'd ask. For girls, its an unwritten rule that you tell the person that goes in after you if there's no toilet paper. One chick didn't tell me, I was so angry. I realised first, but was still angry.
But if during the day, air dry. I would never do number 2 without looking first!!

Mmm, This happen to me before luckily my mom was in the next stall with me so i asked her.
So I would choose A it would be nice if they did.
But if there werent any people next to you but washing their hand or whatever I would put my pants back up and go to another stall wheres theres toilet paper =]

def A not wiping is disgusting or if no one is in there make a mad dash to the next stall or paper towels. If your a female and have had this happen to you just keep some Kleenex in your purse. I always have them anyway cause I am a mom

I would ask someone if they were there,which I hope someone would be!!I am a girl so I always have my purse,so if there was someone at the place w/ me I would call them and ask them to come in and help me out,and worst case I would just run bareassed into the next stall and hope no one walks in!!

happened to me once
there was toilet paper hagging below the wall (but not touching the floor) next to me. so i reached over and borrowed some from that stall. there was no one in it.
you could also use the toilet seat cover things

Hi, i actually had this problem once, i had no tissue in this cruddy public bathroom and i was reading a magazine. well, bingo, i used those pages and i went home and took the longest shower ever!! but , in your case , i'd say F! Ha ha,
