Have you ever had a conversation with a person wearing an eye patch? Have you pictured the person going "ARRR"!!?
Do you talk louder when you're trying to have a conversation with someone who doesn't quite understand English?

With the first two situations I might think those things,but never actually say them,well at least in a sober state of mind!!The last thing I think I'm guilty of now that you mention it!!
