All you can do is to go in there and give it your best everyday. Tell your boss that you really enjoy this job and want to prove to him that you can handle it and do it well. Put all your energy and personality into your job, be "on" while you are there. I think things are going to get better for you. Don't just sit back and give up on yourself. Go in there and show them what you are capable of. Good luck.

You are just starting into the learning curve, you are processing performance anxiety. I would assume your boss understands this. Just understanding this should take the pressure off, it's totally normal. You may want to ask your employer for a job description so you will understand what is expected and how you are suppose to preform. I would think by reading your question that you are quite intelligent so just relax and give yourself time to process the new info. you are adjusting to. Have fun.

Your underestimating yourself, don't give up so easily either..If you are doing your best I am sure your Boss recognizes this otherwise they would of said something to you about your performance..If the boss does say something remind them you are doing your best, and trying to improve..Negativity will only distract your efforts to improve so try to be more positive and don't take the customers to heart, theres difficult people in every crowd, best just to deal with them then move on.....good luck!

Just don't give up. It isn't over until you decide it is. Just try to be respond in a sharper way and don't let customer complaints bring you down. Acknowledge what they say and try to work on it.

Sounds like you are having a bad day.
We all have them--just do your best, if they don't appreciate it, they are jerks.
It's only a job, you'll find your place.
Now go do something nice for yourself.
