I AM REALLY TALL IM 5 6 AND ONLY 12 YEARS OLD IS THAT NORMAL?I'M ALREADY TALLER THEN MY MOM!ALSO I HATe BEIN TALLER THEN LIKE EVERYONE IN MY GRADE WHEN I WALK WITH MY FRIENDS I FEEL SO WEIRD JUST TOWERIN OVER THEM!I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO I WISH I WAS SHORTER IS THERE ANY WAY TO STOP GROWING???

I was always very tall for my age. I remember hating it! I was always in the last line for group pictures at school. People would call me Giraffe, and Daddy Long Legs. Well, let me tell ya, you may hate it now, but when you get older, you will appreciate it!! Being tall is special. Being tall makes you different. Not like everyone else. That's a good thing. Clothes will always look great on you. The only hard thing, is short guys. If you can get past feeling like a dork, just hold your head up high, and keep looking over everyone else! I am now 47, and the mother of a TALL 14 year old, just like you. Enjoy it! You will be a grown up before you know it!

R you crazy? Being tall is great. Tall people make more money, get promoted to better positions, and the list goes on. Marry an evan taller man and your kids will thank you.

You are fine! My friend is 13 and 5'11" and shes a model! Im 5'10" and at ur age about 5'7" and then I thought I was too tall! Now Im tall but not TOO tall and I like it, and I model and a lot of people are jealous... its great! Dont worry, in a few years, youll feel lucky.

you're on no account too tall to placed on heels! it is own determination. And 5'7" won't be that tall, even in heels. Being which you're interviewing for a job at a shoe shop, i might recommend which you place on your nicest pair and make useful they seem great including your outfit. you will no longer seem ridiculous...they are going to savour a great experience of want!

dont wish you were shorter!! i wish i was tall like so bad!! im in 8th grade and im only 5'3!! i really hate being so small...so dont worry about being tall...its nice to have people look up to you...my friend is like super tall and i dont think shes gunna stop! lol its kinda funny but dont stress about it...your prolly just having a growth spurt and people will eventually catch up to you! and also models are really nice and tall...so your not the only one! your so lucky!! lol im seriously jealous

If you seriously want to stop growing you should eat less foods with calcium because studies show that calcium not only helps your bones grow stronger it also helps you become taller. Hope I've helped

lucky. im 15 and only 5'4
i dont know if its normal exactly...most kids arent that tall at that age. but all your friends will grow and you eventualy wont be towering over em. for me around 8th and 9th grade is when everyone started to be around the same hight

its ok...u have just gone therough pueberty before ur friends...i bet u that it highschool, ur friends will be as tall as u or taller!! IT IS NORMAL!!! DONT WORRY!!
