The bike hasn't been running for a few years, it was running fine the last time i ran it. I had to drain all the fuel and oil for a move, just never started back up. Im getting fuel into the reserve tank but no fuel is coming out. I guess my question is does the fuel gravity feed to the fuel pump and is there soming inside the reserve tank that blocking the plumbing inside? I tried using compressed air to unblock anything, didn't help... OR does the fuel pump pull the fuel out of the tank, do i have a weak pump. Is there some sort of internal check valve that keeps the fuel from coming out,

Its been awhile since I last worked on one of those, but, I'm pretty sure the pump is gravity fed. Can you hear or feel the pump run (as I remember it pulses) when you turn the key on. Try disconnecting the carb feed line and see if it pumps fuel when you turn the key on.

Remove the petcock from the gas tank, there is a screen filter that surrounds it. There is probably a film clogging it.
One other tip is to crack open the drain screw on the carb and let clean gas flow through it. Don't be surprised if you have to remove the float bowls and clean out the carb(s). Gas leaves a film on things when it is left a long time.

--Yes, the fuel gravity feeds to the fuel pump.
--Did you turn on the petcock?
--Remove the fuel line from the petcock and turn it on. Fuel should flow freely. If not - low on gas or bad/cloged petcock.
--Remove the line on the fuel pump (line that goes to carbs) and turn on key. Fuel should come out. If not, the problem is electrical, or the fuel pump is bad (you should here it clicking with the key on).
