For cone and pyramid, the volume is hA/3, where h is the height (perpendicular distance) from the base to the vertex at the top. In fact, this formula applies to any plane area that is projected to a point off the plane - take an oval, or a heptagon, or even a random puddle shape, project its sides up to a single point, and the volume is still 1/3 the area of the shape times the height.

Sphere and "flattened sphere" (aka spheroid) can also be taken together, as you can think of a sphere as a special case of a spheroid. The volume is 4πrst/3, where r, s, and t are the three radii. (Think of each radius as an axis; for example the x-, y-, and z-axis.) In the case of the sphere, all three radii are the same length, so you have 4πr³/3.

Cone SA = 4(Pi)(r^2) V = Pi (r^2) + Pi(r)L

Sphere SA = 4(Pi)(r^2) V = (4/3)(Pi)(r^3)

pyramid SA = B + (1/2)pL V = (1/3)Bh

Where r = radius, h = height, B = Area of Base,
L = slant height = SQRT (r^2 + h^2)

I'm not sure what you mean by a flattened sphere, but it sounds like a calculus problem.
