No. Unless you have a very fragile jaw joint, nothing will happen that is bad. You will have a firmer jaw line from the constant exercise of the facial muscles.

There is a jaw disorder that is from the wearing down of your joints that allow your jaws to work. Over use of these joints just wear them down...how much overuse? I don't know. Ask your doctor!
