Im in my 50s and see young men wearing their pants hanging down showing their underwear in the back and sometimes even their whole underwear clad butt is showing. I grew up in the 60s and we did some pretty weird stuff but nothing that looks as idiotic as this.

It makes me sometimes wish I could go up to them and haul up their pants. It looks ridiculous and people call it fashion. That isn't fashion, it shows they can't dress themselves properly. The pants they wear are about 3 sizes too big to begin with. Maybe there should be such thing a thing as the fashion police. I now laugh at them and ask if they need braces to hold up their pants.

It's just fashion. And whether or not something looks "idiotic" is a matter of personal opinion.
Why is our society having such a fit over people displaying their underwear? Many of the bathing/swim suits I see are more revealing than underwear, and yet society in general is accepting of them. So what's the problem?

The reason they have their pants low is because its there style, just like when some guys wear ball hugging pants and girls were tight pants with a camel toe.
I think its ok to wear pants a lil baggy (but dont over do it)
Someone said guys should leave them loose to let the area breathe down there.

They think it's cool. And to some of these people that answered, it's not just the wannabes... You see a lot "skater kids" wearing their clothes that way to. It does not mean that they are gay.... For most kids, it's just a phase and will eventually pass, but don't expect to see them wearing tight jeans or "high-waters" sorry but those days are gone.

This is from Prison and the way of prisoners. So you might be concerned about some of those men. That includes the hat and long shirts hanging out.

YOU'RE JUST OLD! The old people in the 60's didn't understand their children back then either.
It's fashion. People are free to dress how ever they want. This is America!

I take baggy pants over leisure suits any day same with thin ties, tight clothing, long hair, the colors purple, lime green, and orange. You want to call our generation "gay" when your generation dressed like women?
