YES AS FAR AS TALENT IS CONCERNED HE HAD TO GO...but he will be on the A.I. tour and this will probably not be the last we'll hear of him. Of course look how much William Hung milked out of his 15 minutes and he never made anywhere near the finals..but of course became famous for his version of Ricky Martin's 'She Bangs'.

I am so glad that Sanjaya is gone..He can sing, but I didn't believe he should win the American Idol!!

i know! last week i thought sanjaya was seriously gonna stay and like win! i was really happy he finally left because he wasnt really a great singer

I know want you mean. There was some really good people that should have been on the show longer because he was still on the show. I think he will be the next Michael Jackson.

sanjaya...wow...for a while i was really convinced he was going to win it all... NOT!
yeah...his time to go home on AI was definetly well overdue but, you have to give him credit: he WAS mildly entertaining to watch. he truly gave ppl "something to talk about" *snort*

EEEEEEWWWWWW! Sanjaya makes me want to put sanatizing stuff in my eyes.....UGGGHHHH....the sound of his voice makes me wanto puke!!!It definetly bout time he got voted off....He is no man.....he talks,sings,looks like a girl....no wonder certain ppl liked him.

i was also afraid he was going to win, thank America that he didn't, gosh could you imagine. lol but now we can actually call it a true competition. things are only going to get more interesting.

He isn't that bad.... Granted, he may not be as good as the others, he still sings better than many guys I know !
