what should i do i had quit then my last paycheck i got docked what do i do help me please.

he said that there were mistakes done like in inventory he is a theif he has no evidence he just said you geeting docked he always docks us for no reson or proof when the store is slow.

It is illegal IF it drops you below $5.15/hr and if you did not expressly (in writing) agree to allow him/her to do so when you were hired or promoted. Otherwise, it's perfectly legal in a situation where you did not fulfil responsibilities for which you consented to having your pay docked in the event you didn't fulfil those duties.

why was you docked from your paycheck. we need to know this in order to answer this question.

but in a general answer. yes if its a legal reason he can dock your pay. this is how courts get peopel to pay child support. they dock their pay so they know the child gets the money and not rely on the person to send it.

so tell us the reason as he has to tell you why.

find out the reason he dock your pay first,

did you turn in all your uniforms, equipment, etc. Did they pay you a week ahead, and then collect for hours that you really didn't work
