Why is it she is the one yelling and cussing .... She gets what she wants or we can't see the kids ... I mean she tells them he hates them peels out in front of my house and throws rock on my car and a 7X7 window what gives ...

Thats just it she has a new man wich she has had for about3 week and already moved him in ... So is that not moving on ??? What is her beef with me ??

Ok...I had a situation similar to this when my hubby and I got together. First, if there is a court order in place for child visitation, document each and every time she violates it and BE SPECIFIC. If possible, record phone conversations and date them. Try a neutral meeting place. That accomplishes a couple of things. First, people are less likely to act like a big kids when others could be watching and second, your stuff will not get ruined inthe exchange. you may have to get a lawyer and take her back to court (that is what we had to do) and prove that she is violating the order. His ex got fined and threatened with loss of custody (she also got court ordered therapy...may have helped, depending on the day). The bottom line is in divorce, rarely is it that both parties want it and so someone always gets hurt. Some are just more mature about it than others.
**PS: If the kids are seeing ANY of this behavior I would get an attorney ASAP. Kids deserve the chance to be kids...help them out
**PPS: If she damamges any more of your things you are within your right to call the police and file charges and demand that she pay for the damage. It may act as a deterrent.

I'd say it's mainly bec she's not over your bf yet or at least not over the relationship with your partner... otherwise, she should not be bitter and should have been able to move on...
There is this need which should be satisfied... (can be something material, physical or emotional) and until that particular need is appeased she will continue to be that way... either that or she wakes up one day and realizes that she behaves childishly and the results of her actions are futile... :)

So ummmmm if you can't stand the heat get out of the kitchen. If it bothers you so much maybe you should think about getting rid of the boyfriend because his ex wife is going to be connected to him until his kids are dead.

i think that ignoring her would help. she will stop her antics eventually, since you'll no longer be dangling the bait for her to act stupid.
would she be violating a court order by denying visitation? probably...

it is otherwise known as jealousy, and insecurity......she is afraid of loosing the children to you....so she figures that if she talk crap about you....then you will look bad in t heir eyes, and they will not like you.....best thing for you to do......is to just be their friend....and do lots of fun things with them. The kids will see through it.

She may be jealous of you having her "family" now. Also, she may think that you are trying to replace her. Sometimes, they are just b*tches who haven't been put in their place and think they are still in control.
