If you were searching for such a place, you would want to check conditions such as snowfall, because areas with greater snowfall would have more powder.
However, this also depends upon your luck, which no one can control. I, however, shall try to give some tips.
Heavenly is a pretty large ski/snowboard park. However, it's quite popular, so you may wish to try somewhere else. The slopes are usually quite well run except for the hardest ones, and I don't know whether that's within your ability.
A decent place may be Kirkwood. Despite the fact that only an average amount of snow falls there, the numbers of people that flock there aren't nearly as much as Heavenly. It's also located in the South Lake Tahoe area, meaning you could easily arrange transportation to other ski resorts like Heavenly or Northstar if you are unimpressed by the powder there.

i think of that the salt lake city section and the rockies get the main quantity of snow on average. I hear they arise to hundreds of hundreds of inches according to year. I stay in New England and snowboard besides the incontrovertible fact that it replaced into this form of susceptible season! New hampsheire and Vermont not often have been given something it replaced into this form of bummer!
