I heard there was a new law that says you cannot get your driver's license if you were born after a certain year. What year is this?

Each state has it's own age. In ca. it's 16.

You can start your driver's training when you're 14 years and 9 months old. You officially get your license when you're 16.

most states it's 16..and I don't know who told you what, but they're wrong. As long as you're over the age of 16 and can pass the written and driving test, you can get a license.

they have considered changing it to eighteen but i don't know if it went into affect for any states yet-- most states give a learners permit at fifteen and a license at sixteen but some have changed to a resitricted license until eighteen.

I don't know, but I do know that the way some people drive, it is obvious they got THEIR driver's licence as the prize in a box of Cracker Jacks.
