Excel Formula?

Question

Create formula to represent if S4 contains a value <=1 to 15, then H=S4-G4-1

If S4 does not contain a value, the H4 = 0

Need to figure out proper way to write up this formula.
Please help this is driving me crazy :) Thank you!

You need to get rid of the 1 in the equation <=1 to 15, then it will work.

It will look like this.......IF s4<=15
True s4-g4-1
False 0

s4<=1 to 15 is the same as s4<=15
