That's a bit unhealthy to lose that much weight in a short amount of time. I would say 7-10 lbs. would be okay. You're only 15 and losing that much weight in such a short period of time can be very damaging to your body. The BEST thing to do is eat 3 meals a day with high fiber, low fat and low calories. Try to cut back (not OUT) sweets (ice cream, cookies, cakes) and replace those with "healthier" sweet foods. You should also try to increase your activity level by doing at least 30 minutes of some type of exercise everyday.

PS: Weight watchers has excellent dessert items in your grocery store frozen food aisle. BUT, they are STILL desserts, eat them in moderation. Eat breakfast, eat better, drink water, and exercise. Hope this helps.

how much do you weigh? Unless your are extremely over weight, 20 lbs is not likely in 4 weeks. A safe weight loss is 2 lbs a week. At that rate, it may actually stay off. Otherwise you can loose muscle and necessary body fluids. If you want to lose that amount of weight, you really need to see a doctor first to ensure that your not diabetic or have any other type of medical condition. Your doctor can also suggest a healthy food and exercise program.
Best of luck!

What's that, a month away. You may be able to loose 10. Drink a lot of water, eat 3 meals a day, but don't eat any fast foods or very much beef. Eat apples, yogurt, carrots, cheese and all the vegetables you want to. You can have some pasta. Do some walking every day, ride a bike--just move more. Good luck. Please don't starve yourself. You might want to look into Weight Watchers.

Child, give that idea up. You may be young and resillient, but this is not a wise approach to weight loss. If you're bound and determined, eat a little something in the morning to get your metabolism going, then eat really really light. You're going to have to shrink your appetite and habits before you can shrink your waistline.
Please don't do anything unwise and hurt yourself or develop some sort of condition.

20 lbs may be too much to fast, and dangerous to your health. Weight Watchers worked well for me, and I lost about 15lbs in a little over a month. (I lost 30lbs total on the program) I would have probably lost it faster if I worked out with the diet. I would recommend joining the program, and not being so hard on yourself, and setting realistic goals. The healthier you lose weight, the longer it stays off. Good Luck!

20 pounds is too much to lose in a month, especially at your age. Talk to your doctor to find out if you should even lose weight. If you should, he or she will put you on the right track to healthy weight loss.

Drink water. Take vitamins. Exercise obsessively. Eat absolutely nothing.

You'll probably be in the hospital -- but you will be 20 pounds lighter --- before they release you to the psychiatric ward.

Well, don't deprive yourself. But i reccomend that you eat your fill of cottage sheese with no sugar added fruit for breakfast. For lunch, eat your fill of tuna with a little mayo to mix with onion and dill pickles. Adding extra pickle juice makes it better. For dinner, eat whatever you want just watch your portion size. And try to eat before 6:30. If you need a snack bananas are good. And don't forget to exercise!

In reality this is unrealistic. The only thing I can advise is loads and loads of cardio, drink lots of water and eat full servings of fruits and veggies. Eat chicken and fish.
