I want to publish a group of ancient rarely seen photos, I don't want to use flickr because they allow only 3 albums, while I need 6 albums, if anyone knows any website can publish my my photos FOR FREE and offers as many albums as I need, I'll always appreciate your help… clouds

Try photobucket. I used to use it, until i just had no use for it anymore. It was pretty good, I had a bunch of albums and there were a lot of different privacy settings so you could decide whether to make your albums public or not. Providing things haven't changed, it's a pretty good site.

Yes it does. If you go over 200, the oldest ones will start to become invisible. If you start deleting some, those ones will come back.
