someone messed up my cuzes car and she needs to know if it happend today or if it takes awhile for it to mess up the car?

water will show up now as car will quit
sugar will never show up as it wont cause any problems sand will clog a filter the pump has a filter that will keep it out
bleach may cause a problem but most people add sugar as they wrongly think it will mess up everything my friend had 10 pounds of sugar added the only thing it did was slow down the filter a little she chainged it 1 time and its been running fine for the last year
drive it and see what happens

That would depend on what was put in it and how much of it...and usualy the car will quit running when water or something is put in it.... the sugar thing and the Pepsi thing is an old wives tale and will not affect anything unless several gallons of pop were put in and then it simply would not run...

It only takes a few minutes in todays cars for forgien materials to get introduced to the fuel sysrem, so yes it probably did happen today.
TEEL YOUR "CUZ" TO SPEND 15 BUCKS ON A LOCKING GAS CAP!

that all depends what it is. liquid or solid substance. something like sugar or water? sand? usually once it passes thru the intake , it will take effect maybe 5 minutes?
