Your period will always drain you out. Some days you just want to sleep all day... some you may want to dance the macarena.. periods are just insane like that. You are fine.

It could also be your anemia... low protein can lead to being very lethargic.

I always feel tired during the first few days and that's when I lose the most blood. Sometimes I would get dizzy, too, and need to eat more. Menstruation can take a lot out of you.

Adding a women's multivitamin with iron really helped me. I've done this for 3 months now and I've seen improvement. Some cycles I don't get the dizziness or weakness at all.

If you add iron, just be sure not to take it with caffeine (i.e. in the morning with your coffee and breakfast).

So you really might be iron deficient. It's VERY common for women of childbearing age.

it truly is primary to choose much less sleep interior the summertime than in wintry climate. our sleep varieties are controlled with the aid of hormones who rely on the quantity of light. in summer season you have extra mild, in wintry climate no longer. it truly is why whilst that's wintry climate (or additionally whilst that's raining), we tend to sleep extra. that's like we are "hibernating". that's ok, as long as you do no longer experience the shortcoming of sleep, do no longer subject :)
