you. What you are calling a wish, Christians call prayer and Pagans call spells. The only thing I will warn you about is be careful. "Wishes come true, not free" this means that there is always a price to pay. Oh and never wish for money, because tragedies often bring the biggest windfall (someone my die, leaving you all of their money, but what was more important)

Didn't you know ?? You have to remember to forward all those emails with the leprechaun and the money angels etc. LOL just kidding. YOU are the only one who can make your wishes/dreams come true. YOU have to bust your tail and work hard. YOU are in charge of your destiny and your happiness. Of course if you are wishing for Peace onEarth or something similar forget it because Man loves to fight about one thing or another. Good Luck to ya in bringing your dreams to life

We are all masters of our own destiny/reality. That means only you can make something happen for you, but you cannot make wishes for someone else, they have to do that.
You need to focus on your desire and basically tell the univers what you expect to get, but remember (and this will sound cliched) it won't happen 'overnight', but you will notice things happen, also keep an open mind and don't reject positive opportunities offered to you.

yourself. because only know what your wish is and only you know how you can get or receive it. all mythology isn't just wanting something it is searching and finding a way to get it with a little help along the way.
