I understand how you feel. But sometimes hurtaches help us to be strong and welcome new challenges. If you have been separated to this man, you should be glad becuase it only ended your long been suferring. And you may not know that someone around the corner who is better than this man is waiting for you. So cheer-up and never waste your time.

This is just a guess, but whenever your are angry you get mad at another person in an attempt to transfer your anger to that person, thus taking that persons good mood. You hurt him when you broke up with the guy so you is trying to feel better by hurting others. Transfer of emotions.

He thinks he can ruin your image by saying hurtful things. Don't pay any attention. When he says these things to your friends just tell them that is one of the reasons you and him separated. he has no respect for other people. He's just being childish and immature. You were to good for him.
