Are the Arby's market fresh sandwiches really healthy when dieting??
What about if you ordered the turkey sandwich with mustard, lettuce and tomato and the mustard?? (omiting the cheese, mayo)

Their market fresh sandwiches can healthier than the "normal" fast food fair if you choose the right choices.
Just think about this, a regular Big Mac at MCD's has up to 30 grams of FAT while your market fresh sandwich (turkey and swiss) can have around the same amount of fat. Surprise! Not so healthy anymore.

You can still make it HEALTHIER though. Omit a slice of bread or go for the wrap, omit the fatty toppings like cheese and mayo and load up on the vege's and mustard. And when in doubt, read the labels. They're there for a reason.

Yes...You can always take off one slice of bread and eat it open face as well and save some of the carbs in the bread for the birds

if you have to eat at Arby's, you are on the right track, and losing half the bread is a big help as it is just waiting to turn into useless fat.
