Age of majority in Pennsylvania is 18. Title 20, Consolidated Pennsylvania Statutes, § 102. However, the legal age to drink alcohol is 21.

The age of majority in New Jersey is 18. Title 3B, § 3B:1-2 (Definitions I to Z). The legal age to drink alcohol is also 21.
