Screen Blackouts?

Sometimes when I have 3 or 4 windows open on my computer my screen will freeze for a couple seconds and then black out for a second and turn back on. Could my Memory be malfunctioning or is there another cause?

You could be running out of available memory. Check with Task Manager.

If that is the case, better add more RAM. They are cheap now but maybe not for long.

Most likely it's signs your video card is going bad. Had it happen to me before.
