I pre-shop online to see what stores have what I'm looking for, but then I go to the actual store to try it on. Not only can I make sure that the item fits right, but I usually get inspiration for a whole new look while I'm there. Plus, I never get stuck with something that's defective (and I think returning things to online stores is a HUGE pain). Buy online only if there's no local alternative for clothing.

It depends on the store. Sometimes they have exclusive online items which are great. For me, I like Victoria's Secret and they always have offers for free shipping or dollar amounts off with a minimum purchase so that makes it fun to order it online. But when it comes to jeans I always have to go the store Buckle directly. I like shopping at Target online & in the store.

I think it's always better when you can try on the clothes you want to buy. But, we really don't have good stores around here, so online is actually awesome. You just have to pray they fit your body type!

Oooh sturdy clothing shops that are affordable.i think of continually 21 and Alloy. i could circulate with continually 21. they have the cutest clothing for as low as 22 dollars. and that they are great amazing~

Onlilne for anything like books , DVDs or whatever does not have to be tried on .
Store if it has to fit ( shoes , pants etc ) .
