I think you mean a concussion. It is an injury that can be very serious depending upon the severity of the blow to the head. They are graded according to seriousness; however, it's best to have any head injury looked at.

I think you mean "concussion." I had one once. I couldn't see straight, couldn't keep my balance, and couldn't stay awake for more than a couple of hours at a time. Not to mention a world-class headache. But it wasn't serious and I recovered.

A serious concussion can put you in hospital.
