I have an arrest record and that is analogous to "criminal record" in many hearts and minds. However,I have not been convicted of any crime nor have I commited any.
I have two arrests and two acquitals by jury of brandishing a weapon.
One mans brandishing is another mans citizen arrest. That is why we have trial by jury within the Constitution. It works better than anything else.
So,if I am considered to have a criminal record,I can live with that.Life is a brave mans game,it is not for the faint of heart.
