The only time I can kill a person with no conviction, will be in the battlefield. In this instant, soldier has the right to kill another person in defending a country. Furthermore, the aspect of killing has no choice, you either put your heart and soul in the killing or be killed, ----- a simple game of survival.

The free killing is also extending to the official of the law. The significant is greater because of peace within the streets, and lives of others are at stake. A precarious and esteem job where commitment is the safeguard of peace and stability of society.

That the murderer hate that person ( for any reason as revenge, unfaithful, betray, etc. ) they are pshycos, they hate the society or their country they´re sick and influenced by certain aspects ( generally TV, videogames, music, books, movies, etc. ) and they just got crazy and kill people because they get obsessioned with that kind of things and money may be another cause ( is difficult to answer the question, because every person has a reason or a influence I´m just mentioning the main causes ).

It could be a number of things,Mental illness, drug induced psychosis or just psychosis in general insanity, jealousy,A deep seated rage or anger problem that has developed over time and never gets addressed. However none of these reasons are reason enough for someone to kill another person. If your life is at stake at the hands of a perpetrator and its going to be you or he that walks away alive,in that "for instance"I hope you would fight for your life, and know that you had the "right" to do so.In my eyes that is the only "just" reason a person has for killing another human being.

Short answer :

None.

Slightly expanded answer :

There are no acceptable reasons to terminate the existence of another living being. We have manufactured all manner of exclusions and justifications, but the bottom line is simple. There never was any intention for us to kill, we have almost finished the cycle of experimentation with all the myriad forms of killing, and soon we will stop it.

the reasons are multiple, whether justified or not is a different story. justifiable homicide would only be (in MY opinion, since you've asked for it), a sense of blind justice in retaliation for the murder of a loved one, self-defense, or in a case of absolute necessity to save a loved one from harm (ie, overhearing a plot to murder your loved one, etc., highly dramatic and fantastic but not utterly impossible or implausible). hope this helped! blessed be.

Justifiable killing would possibly be to defend oneself or one's family. I'll leave it up to God to determine other types of justifiable killing. What Cho did was insane and awful.
