hay a weight question again. how can i lose 20lbs fast i really to b/c im overweigth please help b/c i wanna be in shape for my future bf i wanna be more confident andlose the back fat please help

what do u eat in a normal day? The best thing to do is to go to the gym and work out. Loose the weight at a healthy rate. Dont try to loose weight too fast, only about 2 lbs each week.
Change the foods that u choose to eat, u dont have to starve. Instead of eating cookies or chips eat raisans and fruit. I eat healthy and I never gain weight.

Face it we all know whats good for us. Just fight off the fat demon and make that choice. Simple
I dont think its that big a change to make to loose weight but I guess its cuz of my genetics.

To lose 20 pounds in a safe and gradual way you will need about 6 months. Don't try to do a drastic diet because that will make it so much harder to stick to. Instead make a list of small changes you will make that together will bring the weight down gradually. Something like:

1. Eat 1 less helping at each meal
2. Replace some refined sugars and starches with whole grain (brown rice instead of white, wheat rolls instead of white, whole grain cereal instead of rice or oats, etc.)
3. If you add sugar to drinks, switch to Splenda
4. Pick a few days a week where you will only have water instead of drinks like cola, lemonade, sweet tea, etc.
5. Pick a few days a week that you will take a walk with somebody for about 30 minutes.

These are just some ideas. There are lots of other good choices that will make a difference and don't require HUGE efforts.

if u go to a gym they will show u how to properly lose weight
