restriction enzymes.. help!!!?

Question

let's say in the beginning my restriction enzyme cuts between G-A and I find my RFLP pattern(restriction fragment length polymorphisms)

Then let's say I decide my restriction enzyme cuts at T-T.
What kind of effect will that have? will it change my RFLP or what because I don't seem to get it

It would not necessarily change the RFLP. If all that is changed is the cut sequence the RFLP would not be effected.
