How can they force people to remain or stay in an unsafe zone. They they have the right to run and flee and get out of that place.

Not in this country no way. If you were allowed to run those donut eaters wouldn't get to act like they were working! That would only prove they weren't worth they're daily fix. Believe me you don't want to see a cop going through donut deprivation!!!

If you don't know where the shooter is and you are in a location that can be secured, you should do so. Better than running in a corridor and finding yourself face to face with a gun.

Look at what happened: those who barricaded themselves in classrooms are alive, most of the victims were trying to flee.

I agree 100%. I would not be herded into a classroom to die like sheep. I would find a more defensible position and hold it.

Sorry Francois, you are wrong-most of the victims were in classrooms-in particular that German class where only 4 students made it out...

the idea of a lock down is to ether trap some one inside or keep them out ....get the picture

If everyone was told to evacuate because of a shooter...more people would be dead from getting trampled to death.
