Maybe. Or perhaps they have easier access to the media & weapons whereas in the past a uniform was put on them and they were shipped off as cannon fodder.

No, I dont believe younger generation are becoming more violent and brutal. It depends on the family and culture they are in. If they belong to a God-fearing family and in a God-honoring society, they will not become violent and brutal.

No. Just our access to information has changed, and we get it so much faster and it spreads so much more quickly.
People have not changed that much.
Just look at your world history for many, countless examples of horrific violence.
