Start the day by showering, dressing nice for interviews and then go out and get applications filled out, shake hands of prospective employers. Make a do list and share progress with your wife. Show her your family is your priority first and then she'll hold your beer bottle while you swallow. that I had to tell you this means you do not share her concerns. Suggest she come with you and fill out some applications also.
