In my life, i have never seen or had a female deliver anything to my door. Whether it is groceries, food I ordered, packages... they were all men of almost every age and race but not one woman. Are women just not hired to be delivery people?

Just Friday I had a woman deliver a pizza. Before I answered the door I said "Pizza guy" and my 7 year old said "pizza GIRL!"

well, Jehovah's Witnesses go door to door, all the time. ha, lol. Is your area fairly safe? what are the vibes? and exactly how bad do you need some extra money? If you don't exactly have to do it, then by pass it; and keep looking for another job. There is a good chance you'll find something else (at least) as good as that job. If you feel a lot of pressure to get something quickly and the town seems o.k. to you; then it's probably o.k. to take a chance on it, and the minute you think it's not o.k. then just be honest with yourself and the manager and quit; you may not have a choice and you have to think about your reasonable safety.

Yes we had a UPS delivery person that was a female.

I've had a Postwoman, FedEx and UPS woman deliver stuff to me. Maybe it depends on where you live.

UPS, Fedex, pizza, etc. You have to specify on the order form. That's how it works. Hello!

no i have seen two from dominoes and then sometimes they dont let girls do that since they might be risk of harm...and guys are a bit stronger so they feel girls wouldnt be safe going.
