Reagan was the worst plague to strike this nation. Once again, tough talk goes a long way with neo-cons. Nothing else matters as long as a guy talks tough on TV.

The greatest president of the 20th century. Why? He backed down the Russians, and turned this nation back into the superpower that it had been in the past. Vietman nearly crippled this country and the effects were still being felt as late as 1979. Remember the Iran hostage situation? They pulled that stunt because they had no fear of Jimmy Carter and believed that Vietman made us weak. Carter's half-assed attempt to rescue the hostages was not only a laughingstock, but caused the death of US Marines as well. The day that the hostages were released was the same day that Mr. Reagan took office. Does that tell you anything? If Reagan was in office today the Iraq conflict would have been over three years ago!

Wow that was about the biggest pile of slanderous, BS that has ever graced the internet....and that is saying a lot. Ronald Reagan took huge steps to return our government to its constitutionally based limited form envisioned by the founders. To end the downward spiral into socialism that was started by FDR.

You kooky conspiracy theorists. To you "backing it up" would be a doccument saying that Reagan didn't pay the Iranians, etc. That document has no need to exist. You and your commrads need to head on out. You actually think that Obama and Clinton are not far enough left? Maybe stop blaming other people for your problems and looking for the easy solution through expanded goverment and try on alittle personal responsibility for size.

"Government's view of the economy could be summed up in a few short phrases: If it moves, tax it. If it keeps moving, regulate it. And if it stops moving, subsidize it." - Ronald Reagan

"The trouble with our liberal friends is not that they're ignorant: It's just that they know so much that isn't so." - Ronald Reagan

If you mean Don Regan, I really don't know much about him. Ronald Reagan was one of the best Presidents this country has ever had.
History has already spoken on that...Get a life...attacking every Republican no matter what does not seem like much of one.

Rhett Butler's immortal words come to mind.

No matter what you think of him, Reagan helped free over 400 milion people.
Without him, you just might be learning Russian. In a Goulag. Assuming you were one of the lucky ones.
And I'm not excagerating about the 400 milion free people. I'm one of them. And the rest of my 39 milion countrymen in Poland are grateful too.
